Username Change Thread

I have disabled the right to change usernames on your own accord, however I decided to start up this thread where you may request a name change if you want it. It may take me a few days to get to it, or I will allow you a few days to change your mind, but you may only do this ONCE. Once it is done, it's done. Make sure you are 100% positive you want this before you ask.
