"The Kishin could from," Freddie finished. "It'd want a place mostly abandoned, though, so over there would be the most likely place. Mainly apartment blocks, some of them were never even finished."

"Let's just gooooooo ZI'm bored, my ass is freezing!" Xavier complained.

"Let's go--why do I have the feeling someone also said that...?" Yueria pondered the last part to herself.

"Lot of people in the world, someone probably did," Freddie shrugged. "Want to go through the building, or through the Kishin way?"

"Fiiiiiiiiine," Abby replied, sounding rather like her Meister. Some of his mannerisms had rubbed off on her.

"Let's see if we can locate the Kishin using their own way," Yueria responded to him.

"Which way?" Xavier asked her, looking around.

"I concur," Freddie replied, gathering himself to leap to the opposite roof.

"Thata way," Abby intoned, pointing at a side street.

Yueria leapt the moment Freddie did.

"Kay!" And with that, Xavier marched off whilst humming the same tune he had been since marching.

They both landed safely, and the jump to the next rooftop was much shorter, as they hand entered a terrace of buildings. Freddie kept an eye out for any hiding spots.

Abby hummed along as per usual, eventually pointing out the building they were supposed to go to.

"Should I get ready?" Yueria asked of her partner.

"Aha! Of course! It was so obvious!" Xavier said as he gave a quiet laugh.

"I would," Freddie replied, looking up at the moon.

"Trust me to carry this partnership," Abby joked, knowing they were definitely equals.

Yueria nodded, and transformed into the dragonish dagger.

"Pfft, you have to trust me moar!" Xavier said, opening the doors and glancing about. "One door's been broken off the hinges. Brute force."

"Dear lord," Abby replied, breathless from anticipation.

Freddie grabbed the dagger, keeping his senses alert and moving silently through the rooftops.

"The front door as well, recently replaced," Xavier noted, moving into the room. "Bedsheets torn to shreds, smell of...blood. Person was litterally, ripped apart..."

"Stay alert, we don't know if the Kishin is watching," Yueria warned.

OOC: Almost said Yuni there. xD.

"Jesus," Abby replied, almost wanting to transform to weapon form for the feeling of safety it gave her.

"Oh it's close," Freddie replied. "I can feel it."

"Did it just walk through the doors? No...too obvious...window?" Xavier looked around for a window. Eventually he found one in the bathroom, small, too small for a human to fit through. "Too small. Not enough time to properly repair..."

Even though he couldn't see her, Yueria gave a nod...she could feel it to.

"Any other doors? A balcony maybe? No, I doubt there'd be a balcony in a country as cold as Russia can get. Of course, if this is a tourist place, there could well be," Abby offered.

Freddie heard a low growl from a shadow and turned instantly, holding the dagger in a reverse grip, like he preferred to.

"Side door, left side," Xavier called out in response. "Locked."

"Freddie, he's here." Yueria said, even though her partner probably already knew it.

"Pickable?" Abby questioned, noting how much more business-like her Meister was.

Freddie nodded, staying silent. He kept on his guard for a second that lasted for a year. One second...two seconds... Then the Kishin erupted from the shadow, its legs leading with a powerful kick. Freddie stepped out of the way, figuring legs powerful enough to propel the Kishin to the high office of the most recent murder victim would break his guard. He lashed out with Yueria, landing a hit on the creature's back.

Xavier opened the door and looked at the lock. "Class three. One hour, two tops to pick for a expert. Maybe less."

"Are you alright, Freddie!?" Yueria asked of her partner.

"Kishin expert at lockpicking? It'd have to have nimble fingers, which is a rarity for its kind," Abby commented.

"I'm alright, I dodged," Freddie replied, his voice much lower and dangerous when in battle. He took the offensive, advancing on the creature, dodging the first attack and ramming the dagger into its back up to the hilt. But the Kishin shook him off, and Freddie had to rip Yueria out for fear of losing her.

"It's tougher than I thought if it can withstand that," Freddie admitted, wiping his mouth and eyeing his opponent as they circled each other.

"This door hasn't been opened recently," Xavier confirmed that for sure. "Break front door, go to bedroom, break that door down, rip apart victim, leave? Why go after a specific target...?"

"Becareful," Yueria cautioned him again.

"What do we know about the victim?" Abby asked.

"I know, I know," Freddie replied. The Kishin lunged forwards, leading with clawed hands. Freddie blocked this one, his free hand snapping up with impressive reflexes to pull the beast forward, before stepping forward himself, moving Yueria to cleave clean through the Kishin's throat. Once the shadows had faded, it revealed the red soul of the Kishin, ready for consumption.

"That she was ripped apart, middle aged, in between jobs, trying to make a living. Was married twice, devorsed," Xavier listed off the last parts off the sheet of paper.

"You did it!" Yueria cheered.

"One of her old husbands gave into negativity, and his soul became a Kishin egg?" Abby asked.

"'Course I did. That was a toughie. How many souls is that again?" Freddie asked, his demeanour back to his usual chirpiness.

"Possiblility. No exact address on them however." Xavier said.

"Twenty one...and I can't eat with you watching!" Yueria said with a slight frown.

"Damn," Abby cursed.

"Sorry, sorry!" Freddie replied, turning his back to his partner.
