"Solanum" -Our Struggle

Joseph ran over to help Mari out.

Skylar waited by the door. After all, he had vollunteered to go out there and cause the distraction and beat some ass.

"Don't look up my skirt." Mari mumbled as she was helped by Joseph onto the top, she helped the other's who also couldn't get up by holding out her hand.

The door made a loud thump once more.

Madison easily made it up and sat down so she could stretch her legs. Don't cramp up on me now...

Joseph nodded as he helped her up, before helping the others up as well.

Tuula climbed up with everyone else, not sure what was going on.

"Come on you bitches," Skylar said again at the door. "Show me a good fight."

Elena then climbed up herself, before turning to Skylar. Be careful...

"C'mon, c'mon," Anto murmured to himself, eager to get it over with.

Louis frowned as he leant the bat on his shoulder. Well this is doomed to fail...

With a final loud thump the door broke off it's hindges with the zombies staggering in.

Tuula flinched when the door fell to the ground, her breath hitching. This had to be some messed up prank, some sort of weird American tradition.

There were around five of them, a majority wearing the school uniform. Mari's grip tightened on her bat. Once Skylar lures them forward we'll attack any stragglers from behind.

The second the door flew off its hinges, Skylar moved. Hos tonfa swinging in a wide arc to knock them back down. Then a door was sent after them to give him time to move down the stairs

"Now!" The girl whispered, jumping from the sides and swinging the bat in a large arc that hit one of the taller zombies on the top of the head. Mari then made a run for the door as well, ready to hit any more of them that came in their way.

Madison jumped down, kicking and sinking her cleats into a shorter zombie's face. She quickly pulled back and and ran to the door.

Skykar had already moved, going buck wild on ny that came in his way, all while making as much noise a he could. After all, he was. distraction.

Tuula followed after, trying to avoid the scary gray people. She still wasn't sure what was going on, nor had it seemed like anyone was going to bother to tell her. She felt a pang of sadness for the boy that had helped her, but she didn't even know his name. She didn't know any of their names.

Mari noticed Tuula and grabbed her wrist. Once she checked if the doorway was clear she ushered Tuula through before hitting another one that had been one of the last to come through.

Joseph and Elena went as well, Elena staying in the center of the group, as Joseph knocked aside any Zombies that got near them. He noticed that it was quicker, and easier to push them back, then it was to outright kill them. This would be useful to know for later.

which car, which car, was Haylee's only thoughts as she crept by the cars, making sure that no zombies were heading her way. She had an idea that could possibly draw all the zombies in the lot away from her, but bring in even more from farther away. Was it worth the risk? Possibly. 'Course it wouldn't be nice to have a bunch of zombies blocking her path and only a small 'Beetle' to barge past them.

Skylar moved, knocking zombies into each other and then breaking their skulls with his tonfa. It was getting really fun...

One of them came up to Skylar from behind...

"Stop." Skylar stopped and spun around to kick it in the stomach. "Skylar time."

Once everyone was in the stairway Mari took out the brush from her bag and threw it across the roof, away from Skylar. A few of the zombies started to move towards that direction to investigate. The brunette motioned for Skylar to move.
