A frown crossed Kira's face as she realized she was getting used to having Luke around to help her. It was hard to remember that he was only visiting. She wondered when he was going to end up leaving, wishing that he wouldn't at all. She didn't want to force him to stay, though maybe...

"C-Can I ask y-you something?" Kira stuttered, curling her hand around a weed.

Heidi coughed in surprise as she was yanked back.

Elena occasionally whimpered, though it didn't hurt as much as it usually did. The magic cream stuff was weird.

Luke looked at Kira with concern, wondering what had snapped her out of her good mood.

"Yeah, go ahead," he replied, waiting patiently.

After more combing Erika stood up and filled a bucket of water from outside. "Now tilt your head into the bucket."

OOC: He also called the hydra Heidi. Unless he's trying to kill her too.

"Y-You're going to b-be leaving a-a-at...at s-some point...right...?" Kira asked, biting her lip as she kept her eyes trained on the garden.

Elena frowned, but did as she was told anyway. She shivered a bit, the water was cold.

"Sorry." Erika apologized, she hadn't thought to heat it up as she massaged the suds out of the girl's scalp.

OOC: -facepalm- Herpderp.

"...Maybe," Luke replied eventually. "Maybe not. I actually feel... at peace here."

"S'okay," Elena mumbled, still shivering a bit.

Kira smiled slightly at this, though she still continued. "I-If you do d-decide t-to leave, c-could I come w-with...? I...d-don't know if I w-want to be a-alone again..."

"Um, yeah, of course," Luke replied brightly, though the more he thought about it the more he wanted to stay.

After a final rinse Erika gave Elena a towle to dry her hair as she dumped the soapy water.

Kira's face broke out in a smile, before she tackled Luke in a hug. She'd been so afraid that he wouldn't want her around, even though she figured it was a stupid fear. "Thank you!"

Elena draped the towel over her head, rubbing her hair.

Luke laughed as Kira tackled him, hugging her back.

"It'd be my pleasure," he laughed along.

Joey sat nearby, writing something on a piece of paper, ad occasionally looking up at the girls, to be sure they were ok.

Kira laughed along with Luke, pulling back slightly so she could see him. "I was so scared you'd tell me no!" she giggled happily. She liked being close to Luke. He was warm.

"Of course not, why would I do something as stupid as that?" Luke laughed, looking up at Kira.

"I don't know, I thought it was a stupid fear," Kira smiled, rubbing her eye with one hand.

"Well it was. Cos' I'd be glad to have you," Luke grinned.

Kira found herself smiling widely, her eyes lighting up. "R-Really?" she asked, another stupid question, but she didn't know why anyone would value her as a traveling companion, besides maybe food.

"Of course!" Luke replied sincerely.

Kira snuggled back against Luke, hugging him tightly. "That makes me really happy..."

"I'm glad," Luke replied, trying not to blush.

Kira remained rather oblivious, too happy to realize how normally uncomfortable she would be. She remained silent for a bit, before speaking up. "You're really important to me..."

"Thanks, it goes both ways," Luke replied, beaming and not wanting to ruin the moment by pointing out that she was on top of him.

Kira blinked, before shrieking, her face turning bright red. She scrambled away from Luke, stammering an apology and laughing at the same time.

Luke laughed slightly embarassedly as she did, face going a bit red too.

"D-don't worry about it," he replied, stuttering a bit. Mentally Luke was still pretty childish.

"I-I'm sorry, y-you're just really w-warm, l-like a big pillow a-and I..." Kira continued, pulling at her hair.
