The Overlord's Court

Lucrezia smiled at her brother. "Congradulations. You can announce it at the party tomorrrow night."

"Indeed I will..." The Overlord said. "You should talk to her sometme, Lucrezia, I don't believe she's met you yet."

"Perhaps. I'll meet her eventually." Lucrezia replied.

Magnus kept his eyes on his shakily-gripped scroll, but listened in casually on the siblings' conversation. So the Overlord had already taken her as a consort? That was quick. Magnus hoped he wouldn't get too attached to her, and also wondered what the party was for the next night.

"So what's this party about?" The Overlord inquired. "I've yet to hear anything about it."

"To welcome our guest of course. You should really come too council meetings more often, brother." Lucrezia teased.

"I do, but I've yet to hear about this party at them." The Overlord said.

"Hmm... a surprise, I suppose." Lucrezia replied in what appeared to be a flippant tone.

The Overlord smiled. "Of course...so what prpose did you come here for?"

"Reading material." Lucrezia answered.

"I see you are keeping with your studies..." Isaiah said, a contented look on his face.

"Well, you and our siblings have your weapons... I intend to make knowledge mine." Lucrezia replied with a smile.

"Good to hear..." The Overlord said, with a small smirk. "A Von Drake must be as smart, as they are strong."

"As you wish, Overlord Isaiah." Lucrezia replied with a mock bow, before goign on her tiptoes to kiss her brother on the cheek.

Isaiah just chuckle, before bending down, to allow her to do so.

Lucrezia brushed her lips against her brother's cheek, before whispering in a joking tone. "Make sure to have on clean underwear~"

The Overlord just chuckled. "Don't worry, I will..."

Lucrezia giggled, before going back to her book search. "See you later."

"se you later." The Overlord said, before heading over towards the magic secion of the library.

Kyruna was still reading the Fire-element book.

"Studying as always, I see." The Overlord said as he approached.

This time, Kyruna didn't respond. She seemed to be really focused in on the book.

The Overlord just silently chuckled, taking a seat right next to her, wondering how long it would take for her to notice him.

Still no response came from Kyruna, for a good bit before...

"Overlord!" she suddenly said, jumping up while trying to curtsey...ending up in a failure.

"Took you long enough." Isaiah said with a smile, getting up to help her. "As studious as always, I see."
