The Haunted House on the Hill Part 1

"I'm calm, just... not fully recovered yet. 98%. I'm okay." Angel said, looking up at him. She smiled weakly. "I'm fine."

Joseph smiled softly before sighing. "Come on, you still need to rest."

"No, really. I'm fine." Angel denied, although she seemed winded and trying to catch her breath.

"Angel, please..." Joseph said, still worried.

"Hm..." Aria walked over to the window, poking her head through it and resting her hand on the window sill.

OOC: ...Is Aria going to die?

Leo quickly walked over to Aria and the window. "...I think we should head back and tell the others about this."

She smiled weakly at him. "I'm okay." Angel lied.


"Is it too far to jump?" Elizabeth asked her.

Joseph frowned, seeing through it. "Please..."

Aria didn't have time to respond when the window began to close on her. She quickly moved her head back, but her hand... Whatever that window was made out of, it was sharp. Aria hissed in pain, holding her right arm, where her hand used to be. "How is that fucking possible?!"

"Holy shit!" Leo shouted. "We need to get you back, now!"

Elizabeth almost screamed. "OH MY GOD!!"

"You're too good." Angel laughed slightly. "Okay."

Joseph smiled. "Thank you." He said, before leading her back to the bed.

Aria quickly got up and walked to the door, holding her arm close to her chest. She let out a string of curses under her breath. Why did it have to be my right hand...?

Leo quickly hurried after her. "Come on, we have to get you back."

Angel sat back down, leaning on the pillow that she had leaned on the headboard. "Sorry." She said.

Elizabeth followed after them both.

Aria nodded and began to walk back towards the hideout.

Joseph smiled in relief as he sat down next to her.

"Hey Squoosh, come on!" Leo called to the blob as they made their way back to the Hideout.

Squooshy hopped along following them, unfazed.

Denny rolled his eyes at the two, their loveydovey-ness almost made him want to vomit. When the he'll had this happened? He was out cold for a few hours, and suddenly Angel and Joseph are all over each other? It was weird. At least he'd hit on Liz for a long time, and had a crush on her for even longer.

By time they made it back to the hideout, Aria was about ready to faint. Just hang on a bit longer...

Leo was currently helping her walk. "Hey!" He called to those who were in the hideout. "Someone clear a bed, Aria's injured!"

"Bed's already cleared!" Angel shouted back, then saw Aria's condition "Oh my god, that is so cool! Can I poke it?"

"ANGEL!" Elizabeth screamed.

"Oh SHIT!" Joseph shouted, rushing over. "...Come on, let's get her to the bed."

"I don't know if Squooshy can heal this." Elizabeth said, frowning.

"...Maybe not him..." Joseph muttered. "Hey Squooshy, can you come over here?"
