The Haunted House on the Hill Part 1

Angel pulled up on the hill in front of the mansion in her Volkswagen Beetle, her friend Elizabeth in the front seat beside her. She pulled into a park, and cut the engine off, then grinned at Elizabeth. "You ready, Lizzie?" She asked her, hyped up on sugar shots and adrenaline.

"You shouldn't have eaten those sugar packets, Angel. They're bad for you." Elizabeth tsked, shaking her head. "And then you're going to go crazy in the house and it'll crash and burn."

"You would think like that, Liz." Angel cackled. "Come on, we have to wait for the others!" She opened the door and got out of the car, hopping up on the front hood to wait. Elizabeth came out and joined her as she pulled out a joint and lit it, sticking it in her mouth and sucking in. Elizabeth sighed and shook her head at her friend's behavior, but kept her mouth shut as she knew that Angel was beyond the point of no return. She leaned on the windshield, and waited.

A second car soon pulled up and parked next to them, Joseph and Leo soon getting out of it.

"Well looks like we're the second ones here." Joseph said.

Aria dragged Bryant out of the car. No, really. She grabbed him by the back of his shirt and dragged him across the ground.
"WHY ARE YOU DRAGGING ME?!" Bryant complained, struggling to get out of Aria's grip.
Aria shrugged. "To keep you from misbehaving, shorty."
"I AM NOT SHORT!"

A dark blue truck pulled up, driven by Quil with Denny sitting in the truck bed. "Hello-o!" he called out loudly as they pulled up, letting the last 'o' ring out. He was cut off when Quil slammed on the breaks, shutting off the truck and getting out.
"Let's do this before I throttle Captain Idiot," she deadpanned.

"Ok, that's everyone." Leo said, not even fazed by his friends weirdness.

"Denny, get outta my truck," Tranquility ordered, causing Denny to scramble out of the truck bed, standing next to Quil and wrapping an arm around her waist. Quil simply shoved him away.

"So, let's decide how we're gonna divide up." Joseph said.

"As long as there's a girl in my group, I'm golden," Denny grinned lecherously, winking at Quil.
"Don't put me with him, Joseph, or you'll never sleep again," Tranquility threatened, kicking Denny in the shin. He was used to it by now though.

Joseph nodded. "Ok, Cyndaquil is with me, Denny is with Leo."

Leo stood there for a second. "...Wait, what?"

"What?!" Denny whined, slumping his shoulders. "Why do I have to hang with Leo? Can Lizzy at least be in our group?"
Quil shrugged, "Fine with me."

"Fine, but if you keep talking, I'm changing the teams to 'BOYS' and 'GIRLS'." Joseph replied.

Denny slumped over, hanging his head. "JoJo, you're so mean..."

"Whatever, Casonova..." Joseph said.

Elizabeth flushed red. "Um, Okay." she said meekly.

Angel jumped up. "Liz is too pussy to go anywhere without me. Denny, I'm in your group too. Deal with it." she cackled, taking a massive drag from the joint.

Aria shrugged. "I don't really care who's group I'm in."

Bryant nodded. As long as I'm not in Ari's group...

Joseph turned to Aria and Bryant. "So that means you two will be with me."

He then turned to everyone. "Any objections?"

"That smells," Denny complained, pointing at the joint, before bouncing over next to Elizabeth and wrapping an arm around her. "We don't have to stay here if y' don't want," he said quietly to her, smiling warmly.
Quil shrugged. "Hey, I don't care. Denny looks like he's covered."

Bryant sweatdropped. Ari's gonna kill me, he thought, but didn't speak up.

"Ok, now we just need to decide who's going in first." Joseph said, before pulling out a coin.

"Tails never fails!" Quil shouted, slamming her fist in her palm.

Joseph flipped the coin, before catching it. "...Tails it is."

Angel giggled. "You're a silly boy, Denny. And of course it smells. Want a drag?" She offered it to him.

Elizabeth sighed. Fun day.

"Ok, so my group will go first, followed shortly by Leo's." Joseph said. "Again, anyone have any complaints about the teams or order?"

"So which order am I going in again? And who am I going in with besides Liz and Denny?" Angel asked.

"You're going with Leo." Joseph said to Angel. "Your group will go second."
