"Solanum" -Our Struggle

Mari got to her feet.

"Get the hell out of my way, herbivore. He's weak. He's only going to get the other herbivores killed," Skylar said as he pulled out the other tonfa and grinned. "Oh those eyes..."

"Save it for the zombies," Madison muttered, glaring at Skylar. Her leg stopped cramping again and she pulled herself up, sighing.

Louis walked over to Mari and looked at her with regret. "I'm... sorry." His usual tone and attitude completely gone.

Tuula blinked, having no idea what Skylar had said. Whatever it was, it sounded bad. Simply as a reaction, she started cursing him out in Finnish, anger rising in her voice.

The girl walked to Skylar and grabbed his shirt collar, her voice low. "Listen, I will not have anyone else killed. Not by you, or any of them. Now put those weapons down or you'll regret the day you were born."

Mari's eyes were wild with grief and tear tracks were still on her face, but her voice was controlled and authorative.

Joseph couldn't recognise anything going around him.

...What...What was he spose to live for...Did he even deserve to live...?

"Either you let go of me, herbivore," Skylar said as he grinned, raising his tonfas up to strike her in the stomach. "Or, you're giving yourself to me to beat the living shit out of. Oh, how much fun that'll be!~"

"Come on, you idiot, snap out of it," Madison said, pulling on the back of Joseph's shirt. "I really don't want to hurt you."

More threatening tones coming from the weapon boy. Tuula didn't like him. She swung her foot, connecting it with his shin.

Joseph felt movement, and then he saw Sky raise his Tonfa's at Mari, and then he reacted, gripping the bat, and running forward.

Louis swung upwards and smashed the bat in his hand straight onto Skylar's wrists from the side.

"I'd suggest you listen to her." He said coldly. He was still trying to deal with what he'd done to Mari's brother.

"Go ahead." Mari looked straight into Skylar's eyes. "Make. My. Fucking. Day." And guarantee your death.

The brunette moved back as Skylar was thrown.

Tonfa's went flying. Skylar swore as he shook off the girl, moving to knee Louis in the stomach.

"No one fucks with my tonfas."

Skylar had a bat pointed as his face, as Joseph stared at him, with eyes that had changed, eyes that showed no mercy.

All that Skylar knee'd was a baseball bat, but he still succeeded in pushing Louis back.

"Don't attack anyone who's still alive." He spat, raising the bat threateningly.

Wincing, Skylar fell back, his knee hurt like hell now.

"Why don't you make me, herbivore. I like beating the shit out of living things more! Plus, now you've gone and fucked with my tonfas. You're not allowed to live anymore."

Louis smirked darkly . "I'd like to see you try and kill me." His gaze a dangerous one due to the emotional stress he was under.

Mari rubbed her face. "Everyone stop," Mari looked at Skylar. "Save it for them."

Joseph stepped in between the two,, his eyes changed, for now he knew what he had to do.

Skylar grinned at Louis' challenge. "Oh, you've just made my day so much better! It's going to be so fun beating the shit out of you, breaking your bones, and anything else I can."

Hearing the girl, Skylar shook his head. "Oh no, I don't do well with herbivores like yourselves."

And then another person got in his way. "Either you move, or you get the shit beat out of you too!~"

Mari smacked Michael's baseball bat against the cement making a loud ringing sound. "Everyone stop."

Joseph did not move, in his eyes, were now a look of determination. No...I know what I have to do now.

Louis clenched his bat and lowered it slowly his eyes glancing at Mari before falling back on Anto to check to see if his best friend was back into concious yet.

Joseph turned to Mari, before bringing out the keys from earlier, and pointed out to the parking let.
