Reaching Salvation: Post-Acer

Heidi frowned slightly, glancing around to make sure no one was bleeding out, before raising her hand. "I'll stick around and help with any bleeding, but can you just check me over first? I've been feeling a bit queasy, and I just wanna make sure it's nothing serious..." she trailed off, scratching the back of her head awkwardly.

Nathan returned her embrace and he felt a confidence move onto his face. "I can manage that." He said calmly. He would protect everyone.

Many of the Illuminati turned around to face Luke and Kira with their hands raised.

Sage sniffled for a second. Before letting out a small sigh.

"Men..."

"What are they doing?" Mirror asked, pointing at Sage and Nathan from the window.

"I think they're talking..." Melaney replied, not bothering to explain more than that.

"Talking about what?" Mirror asked, leaning more to try and read their lips, and failing at doing so. Course...how could she?

"I WANNA KNOW!"

"Uh...I don't know...you shouldn't go meddling in other people's business though..." Melaney flinched.

"But, it's me down there too! So therefore it is my buisnesssssss!" Mirror whined like a little kid.

"No...you're you...not her...so that makes you you," Melaney head tilted, "Besides...Nathan is bad. You should stay away from him."

"Tacos good for everyone then?" Luke asked hopefully, gesturing and summoning a cookfire.

"But I'm her!" Mirror responded.

"No, you're her reflection," Melaney flinched, "Y-you're different from her. Y-your personality..."

"But we're still the same person!" Miror whined again.

"Or you could be in her mirror," Melaney pointed out, "Don't you want to be your own person?"

"But, we're still the same person....and then I want to know ><!" Mirror said.

Melaney sweatdropped. "I suppose you can ask her later if she wants to tell you..." the woman sighed, sitting on the bed, "Why is it so important?"

"Because I'm nosy. So do you have anyone!?" Mirror seemed to have dropped the Sage topic...for now.

"Wha-?" Melaney glanced at Mirror confused.

"You can tell me!" Mirror said , smiling.

"What do you mean..." Melaney asked, giving Mirror a suspicious look.

"I wanna knoooowwwwwwwwwwww!" Mirror whined.

"I'm so confused @_@" Melaney mumbled, flopping back on the bed.

"Tell me if you love someone!" She demanded, crawling on top of Melaney.

"Of course I can," getting Heidi to sit down before throwing up a large cube of orange light around the younger women, deciding that a full body scan was probably the quickest and easiest way to find out if anything was indeed wrong or it was just a bug. "Have you been experience anything besides queasiness of late?"

Heidi sat down, fidgeting as the cube settled over her and resisting the urge to get the hell away from it. "Nah, just nausea," she answered, though that wasn't exactly truthful. She was just too proud to admit to the mood swings.

Amelia just hummed in response, continuing the exam. But as she progressed, something caught her attention, focusing in on it she tried to work out what was throwing her off.

"Uh. Heidi, you've not..." she began, coughing as she grew scarlet. She might have been there and become a mother herself. But a person's private life was just that; private. She felt incredibly rube asking , but she had to; "You've not had sex with anyone recently, have you...?"
