The Haunted House on the Hill Part 1

Joseph nodded. "Ok Liz, you're with us."

Liz smiled at Bryant. "I want to though. Don't worry about me. Thank you, Aria."

"Yeah! Welcome to Team Awesome, Aria!" Angel cackled.

"Ok guys, let's get going." Joseph said, and turned to walk into the house.

Once he was facing away from all of the others, he frowned, thinking about the feeling Bryant had. ...Is this really a good idea?

Bryant sighed and followed Joseph. I won't let that happen again.

"Whatever," Aria replied.

Leo watched as Joseph and his group entered the building, wondering if they were going to be alright. Good luck, guys.

Denny scowled. Stupid Byrant. On the other hand, this offered new information. Elizabeth seemed to like the quiet guys. Now all he had to do was change; it'd be easy.

Elizabeth followed the others into the house, keeping a close eye on Bryant out of concern. He was acting weird, this wasn't like him at all.

Joseph pulled out a flashlight as they walked forward into the abandoned building, and turned it on, to get a better look at their surroundings.

Bryant looked over through the hallway at the right, as if he was expecting something to happen.

The flashlight, however, was unnecessary. A light switched on as soon as they walked in, revealing a clean and open house. It was almost as if someone was in the house already, or they had motion sensors. No one in the group switched them on. Elizabeth gazed around, suddenly uneased. It was almost as if the house was expecting them. "How did the lights turn on?" she asked, her voice suddenly quivering with fear.

Joseph frowned as he turned off his flashlight. "Ok everyone, let's check this place out, but under no circumstances, is for anyone to seperate from the group."

Elizabeth nodded at Joseph's order. "Alright."

"Yeah," Bryant said, nodding.

"Chill out, some houses have motion sensors," Quil shrugged, walking a few steps in front of the group. "It's not that weird. It is a big house, after all. Some one filthy rich must 'a lived here."

Joseph frowned, not convinced. "...Ok, I say we start from the top, and work our way down." He then turned to the others to see what they thought.

"I don't care," Quil answered, glancing up at the ceiling.

"Bottom up," Bryant said.

Joseph turned to Bryant. "...Any reason?"

"...It'd be better this way," Bryant said. "Just trust me, okay?"

Joseph nodded, deciding to trust Bryant's instincts. "Ok, to the basement than."

Quil eyed Byrant suspiciously, vaguely wondering what he knew that everyone else didn't. She followed he and Joseph all the same, though.

Elizabeth followed them as well to find the basement.

Angel looked at Denny, Aria, and Leo. "You think we should go in now?" she asked them.

"Hey, when ever you're ready, princess. I ain't got no where to be," Denny answered blandly, shrugging.

Bryant moved ahead of the group, leading them deeper into the basement.

Joseph walked at the back of the group, deciding it was better to be able to keep an eye on everyone at once.
