Jack whistled as he walked by the PI building, on his way to get some groceries, before it was time to prepare for that night's heist.

Tori nodded. "Um, yeah." She wasn't good with talking to people older than her, except for her bandmates.

"Right this way," Dexter smiled, escorting Toni up flights of stairs and down hallways before finally opening a door. "Here we are."

This place is huge, Tori thought as she went through the door.

Inside the room was the setup that Victoria had seen earlier. Vladimir Phoenix was sitting on one side, and Dexter sat down beside him, scratching her hair out of that accursed bun. "Sit down, please," Vlad smiled, gesturing to the chair closest to Toni.

Toni nodded and sat down.

"We have been monitoring your movements for the past few months, and we suspect that you may have hostile notions against the Dictator," Vlad began, as the door locked with a click. "Of course, sometimes even we are wrong, but at this point, if you don't accept our offer, Bee'll have to kill you. Either that, or the Dictator will."

Tori sweatdropped. "Then I really have no other choice, then," she said.

"Well, we're usually not wrong," Vlad shrugged, glancing over at Dexter, whose facial expression hadn't really changed. "Nobody makes a fuss if one or two people disappear, anyway."

Tori sighed. "What's the job?"

"Multiple jobs, unless you get killed somewhere along the way. Dex and Bee here'll be taking you to physical training, once you've had your psych exam. Can't have any crazies running the streets," Vlad smiled, gesturing to Dexter, who was examining her umbrella, which was closed as usual.

"Long story short, first you go to the psych exam. Don't pass? We kill you. Next is the physical exam. You have one month to get in shape and pass the test. Don't make it? We're going to have to dispose of you," he continued, glancing over at Dexter. "Dex runs the physical; a random person is selected from our psychologist team to due the psych test. Go down the hall, three doors down on your left, and you'll find the psych room."

OOC: Toni can reply, and then we'll have a timeskip.

Tori nodded and headed to the psych exam. What have I gotten myself into?

Dexter sighed, standing in front of Toni and Victoria, the expanse of a large room behind her. She smoothed out her raincoat, blowing her bangs out of her eyes for a second before they settled back down over her face. "Welcome to the physical exam. I guess you both passed the psych, but pretty much everyone passes the psych. Hell, I passed the psych!" She laughed to herself for a bit, before pointing to the arena type room behind her.
"This is the top floor, and the largest room in the building. Due to our special connections with the Dictator, we don't have to worry about surveillance cameras in most of the building. Also, since this is a military tech company, we have access to many training devices. Unfortunately, you guys get tested with the lame robots. There are more physical exams if you want to move up in rank."
She looked up at the ceiling before raising her voice considerable. "Oi, Vlad, I'm going first!" she called up, and a ding resonated throughout the room. Dex jumped into the arena, opening her umbrella as she fell.

Toni looked down into the arena. ...Wait, what about robots?

Dexter landed at the edge of the arena, where she was quickly surrounded by five tall, skinny robots that resembled people, armed with guns. A dark pulse shot out of her umbrella- or was it Dexter?- breaking the robots to pieces. "And that's your test. Half the fun is getting into the arena alive, the other half is getting out," she called up to the two, closing her umbrella. "Yes, the robots do fire real bullets. Any questions before I pick who gets to go first?"

"Can I go first?" Victoria asked, smirking.

"Fine, maybe Miss Toni here'll learn from your inevitable mistakes," Dexter shrugged, as the floor panel below her lifted her back up out of the arena, before sinking back down.

"Fabulous." Victoria said, and pulled out her pen before jumping down into the arena.

As they had for Dexter, the robots immediately surrounded Victoria, their guns raised. One fired a warning shot above her head.

Victoria uncapped the pen, and a sparkling whip ejected from the tip. She smiled darkly. "Bring it on, bitch." She snapped the whip at the one who fired the warning shot, and then snapped at it again to finish the job. The whip cut right through it.

The other four robots closed in on Victoria, seemingly aware that whips could not be used close range. As they advanced, they fired shots at her, now aiming to actually wound her.

Victoria clicked her pen, and the whip shrunk back into a sword. She jumped up, and sliced one of the robots in half from behind, followed closely by hitting another.

The sword simply clanged against the metal of the third robot before it turned around and fired a shot point blank at Victoria.

She leaped backwards as she cried out in pain, the bullet hitting her in the arm. The other hand clicked the pen, transforming it into a whip again. She snapped it at the robot, slicing it in half from its top this time.

Unfortunately the robot didn't slice in half, and the whip simply clanged off of its metal shell. The remaining three robots crowded around Victoria, the guns built into their arms shifting into knives as they prepared for a close-range fight.

"Did I mention they adapt?" Dexter called down. "You better kill them 'fore the kill you!"
