Reaching Salvation: Post-Acer Part 1

Erika smiled at this reply. "Do you need help?"

Elena sat by the fire next to Simon for awhile, even after the rain slowed to a stop. Suddenly, she fell over sideways towards Simon, having once again fallen back asleep.

A stool looking object grew from the floor of Kira's home by the window. She sat on it, staring out at the vast amount of trees before her. Closing her eyes, she decided to occupy her time following a bird through the forest with her Flow, resting her weight on the window frame.

Simon was about to yell out of fear, before realizing that it was just Elena. ...Just Elena... The boy's face burned red at the new predicament he was in with his friend sleeping on him.

"To answer your question, no," Luke grinned. "As to whether I need help, yes."

Erika let out a small laugh, moving over to help the man adjust.

"Thanks, Luke said, grateful for the much-needed help.

"Your welcome. Anymore questions?" The woman replied.

"Don't think so," Luke replied. "I do admire that you took time out to try and satisfy my questions, by the way. Didn't think the mattered."

Elena mumbled in her sleep, falling off of Simon's shoulder and sprawling out on the floor, curling up under the blanket.

The woman shrugged. "I don't like people thinking ill of me, it's one of my pet peeves." Erika stood up. "And thank you for listening to my answers. And since now that I've answered them... I should be on my way."

"I wish you and the village the best," Luke replied sincerely, lying back on the ground to look up at the sky.

Erika nodded with a smile, calling goodbye to Kira and heading back to the village.

Simon sighed, standing up and walking to his bed to retrive a pillow for Elena to use.

OOC: Night Uri.

oey sighed when he reached the lake, looking up to see the sun beginning to set. "...It's time."

Erika walked down to where she was supposed to meet Joey, feeling a little embarassed to be wearing a dress with her worn and torn combat boots.

OOC: Shower and dinner, be back soon.

Joey turned to see Erika coming down, and smiled. ...She really did dress up.

"Hello." Erika said with a shy smile on her face.

"...Beautiful." Joey said, staring at her.

The woman felt her stomach do light flipflops, but hid behind a joke. "Maybe I should dress up like this more often..."

"I told you..." Joey said with a smile. "You're beautiful in anything."

Erika blushed at this, but decided to change the subject, taking Joey's hand and entwining their fingers together. "So, what's the plan here?"

Joey smiled, and picked up a basket with his other hand. "Dinner."

"Great, I'm starving." The woman smiled and followed Joey.

Joey nodded, before leading her to the blanket he had set up earlier, and setting the basket down.

Erika sat down on the basket, spreading out her dress so it wouldn't bunch up and snuck a peak into the basket. "What did the great chef Joey make today?"

Joey fully opened the basket, and brought out two plates, covered in tin foil, as well as some forks and knives. "Careful, I only grilled these up about an hour ago."
