DH: Well, keep an eye out, just in case.

Joey sighed, he was safe for now, he believed, but what was going to happen to his friends?

ZD: Something heavy, coming right up.

Kathryn took the refrigerator from the kitchen and made it break through the wall. She plopped it down on the Cruxtruder top and it opened, a glowing ball popping out of it.

ZD: The fuck is that thing?
ZD: Sorry about the wall. Couldn't resist. (:
ZD: Hulk SMASH!

Nell did the natural thing, and shrieked as her refrigerator came flying through her wall and hit the wheely machine. Hadn't she told Kath to try to not break anything? A little glowy blue ball popped out, and Nell desperately tried to remember what to do next. Throw something at it, right?

IO: kath!!!!!
IO: you broke my wall!!!!!

ZD: Dude, what do you want?
ZD: I'll put my client CD in if you be my server.
ER: Fine.
ER: I've installed it already and it's giving me a list of players and Pesterchum Handles.
ER: I'm hitting zanyDuchess.
ER: Oh, and WHILE YOU'VE BEEN AWAY, I'm been as useful as hell.
ER: GameFAQ is filled with crapthroughs, all of them useless as shit.
ER: so I hacked into GF and found that there's a hidden server that I can't access.
ER: But! I WAS ABLE TO PUT A WORM IN IT TO REMOVE THE INFORMATION WE NEED. Heh heh.
ER: Who's in the game already? Tell them to watch out.

Aocer's eyes scanned the screen in front of him/ Although he could not access the whole walkthrough, he could access the introduction and basics of getting in the game. "Bahahahaha. Even this eldritch magic that supposedly protects the walkthrough from human eyes is no match for a good worm. This Rose personality has valuable information..."

After receiving her messages from Aocer, she put the client disc in. It began installing, and while that was doing that, she pulled up the chats for both Nell and Joey, and typed the same thing for them.

ZD: Aocer hacked GF.
ZD: He found an actually decent walkthrough, or so he says.
ZD: His advice? Watch out.

Watch out. What could she be watching out for? Was she and her brother in some form of danger because of this game? From the looks of it, it seemed like The Sims only with your friens and you could mess with them and their house while they slept. Just to creeep them out. Why would he say watch out?

DH: Watch out?
DH: Watch out for what?

It was at this point that something occurred to him. Where was his dad? He hadn't seen him in a while, and he was starting to grow wor- HOLY SHIT, WHAT IS THAT THING!!?

Nell glanced at the glowy ball, before shrugging and throwing a pillow at it. There, now it was...prototyped or whatever the hell Joey had called it. Now she could worry about the ominous timer currently set at 7:12. What did that mean? Joey's timer had hit zero when the meteor struck, so did that mean... "I get a space rock, too!" she squealed excitedly, clapping her hands together, and returning to her computer to tell her friends the good news, only to find a message from Kath.

IO: watch otu????
IO: like for what????
IO: oh well maybe he got some fake info or something
IO: but GUESS WHATTTTT
IO: i think i get a space rock too!!!!!! :DDDDD

Joey was currently catching his breath, having just shot the strange, inhuman creature who had been wearing an army uniform. Where the creature had stand, there were these large ass things of blue gushers.

DH: Yo Nell, You mentioned something about gushers earlier, didn't you?

DH: Don't know.
DH: I'm going to check.

Joey reaches out, and touches one of the larger ones, only for it to immeditly disappear, and a message appearing in it's place.

IO: the sprite???
IO: the glowy ball thing?
IO: i threw a pillow at mine
IO: i wonder if it talks too?

Nell looked over at the blue glowy floating pillow, feeling quite stupid as she spoke to it.

IO: hello whats your name???

Pillowsprite: ...

IO: hello??

Pillowsprite: ...

Nell sighed, turning her attention back to Pesterchum.

IO: i dont think it talks
IO: it just keeps staring at me
IO: even though it doesnt have eyes
IO: anyway i go the glowy thing obviously
IO: now i have to do something with the card right???

ER: Have you installed it yet? I've keyed in zanyDuchess into the search filt- a.
ER: It says your game is installing.
ER: By the way, do you want more advice?
ER: Tell Joey and Neil to pick up ALL the Fruit Gushers like objects they find.
ER: And watch out for the imps. This Rose personality who wrote this walkthrough says that the little arses change depending on what we prototype. KILL THE LITTLE BITCHES.
ER: And, I'm betting everything right now that Joey has prototyped a soldier figurine, which means they have better tactics than a bunch of teens.
ER: And when you kill the imps, there's going to be tons of black oil and blue gushers. GET THEM ALL.
ER: Speaking of SBURB, I'm glad my aunt isn't at home, he would drag me downstairs to give me one of his SHITTY 'PEP TALKS'.
ER: Oh shit I should learn not to tempt fate shouldn't I. Curses, my laptop can't get internet anywhere else- ohwait.
ER: When you're done installing, choose to connect to my handle on the client screen, Autopilot will do the rest.

"Thank goodness for autopilot." Aocer muttered, having seen his aunt drive down the driveway into the garage. Aocer enabled voice recognition and enunciated, "A-P-C-P. AUTOPILOT CONTROL - ENABLE HOST CONNECTION; PKG4.1.3SB. Heh, thank goodness for computer science!" Aocer ran out of his bedroom, downstairs and started to scribble a note in the kitchen - just then, his aunt walked into the kitchen, carrying a grocery bag. "Hi aunt sorry aunt got to run I have a study session planned." "Aocer! Stay put. Where do you think you're going?" "I told you, study session at a friend's house!" Without further ado Aocer ran out of the house, down the street, across the next one and into the school. Although it was closed at the moment, the library was open... "THat's odd, why is the library open? Stupid security can't be arsed to check the building." He turned on the main power switch - "The hell. Why are they this lax?" - and chose a computer in the corner. This was his 'usual' computer; the one he hacked and isolated from the school system such that he and only he was the administrator and no one else could log on. Of course, the school couldn't be bothered to replace it because there were fifteen other working computers. He pulled out a program he'd installed recently - a remote access software. He proceeded to hack into his own computer and pulled up a Teamviewer like software and used it to open Pesterchum on his own laptop.

ER: KATHRYN.
ER: All I can say is hooray for technology!

Gah! Too much pestering! And Aocer was so fleeting she could hardly figure out what he was doing. She pulled up Joey's chat log first.

ZD: Aocer says you're going to get attacked by imps. He says kill those little motherfuckers and pick up all the stuff they give off. They're important apparently.
ZD: I'm lucky, because I have him as my server.
ZD: I know you're jealous. (:

She then pulled up her conversation with Nell.
ZD: NELL.
ZD: DO YOU NOT REALIZE
ZD: THAT THE MAGIC SPACE ROCK
ZD: IS GOING TO FUCKING KILL YOU?!
ZD: Why did you throw a pillow of all things into the blob?
ZD: Try throwing something else. Preferably something with a face. Then it can talk. And maybe the pillow will get shot out of it or something.

Finally, her client finished installing. She found Aocer and clicked his name.

ZD: Alright Magic Hacker Man.
ZD: I'm hooked up.
ZD: Start dumping stuff.
ZD: But watch out for my brother's room.
ZD: He's busy playing the video game I didn't get to play first.
ZD: Go go go go go~

IO: but but but but SPACE ROCK
IO: think of the science!!!
IO: ill try to find something with a face
IO: we dont have pets or anything though!!
IO: i dont think i should push my mom into it

Nell paused for a second, trying to ignore Kath's screams of deadly space rock, and trying to think.

IO: ill brb

She ran upstairs, darting into her mother's room. Where was she, anyway? Geez, she knew the woman had a tendency to be absent, but how could she not hear Kath knocking a refrigerator threw their wall? The sound of running water and off-key singing answered her question as she ran past her mother's bathroom and into her room.

"Where is it, where is it..." she muttered to herself, glancing over the room before her gaze fell upon a stuffed bird of some sort. Praise whatever higher deity there was that her mother was crazy. Nell grabbed the bird, running back down to the living room and throwing the rather beautiful work of taxonomy right into the blue glowing pillow.

DH: Probably can't without a mouth.
DH: Also, I collected some oil from this thing, alongside the Build Grist.

(Nell can now deploy the Punch Designix.)

Joey sighed, before approaching his front door. It was about time he figured out where he was. He opened the door, only to discover he was in a huge ass cave, the walls embedded with huge things of quartz. There were tunnel paths everywhere, including one huge ass one above his house, that went straight up.

He examined the above tunnel, to spy some rotating spirographs qith quite a bit of distance between each one.

"...Holy shit!"

IO: i dunno its a bird
IO: birds are weird
IO: kinda scary
IO: ok im gonna talk to it here goes nothing

Nell hesitantly approached the rather odd blue glowy pillow with wings and a bird head, waving at it.

IO: hello???
Pillowparrot: SQUAWK!

Nell shrieked as the sprite dove at her, apparently trying to peck at her. It started chasing her around the room, so she was obviously far too busy to respond to Joey.

Katharyn couldn't help but giggle at the sprite's shenanigans. She didn't want to stop it all that much. It was too funny. So she started taking a video of it on her laptop for future use and going viral later. And showing her brother, who would get a serious kick out of it.

"Make it stop, Kath, goddammit!" Nell screamed, not sure if Kath could actually hear her. She picked up another pillow, trying to beat back the sprite, who just went right through the pillow.

IO: BAD BIRD!!! BAD BIRD!!!

Pillowparrot: D':

ZD: What do you want me to do?
ZD: I know about as much as you do.
ZD: And it goes through solid objects.
ZD: Can you do it a third time?
ZD: Maybe throw a doll or something in?
ZD: One that is HUMAN.
ZD: And speakys the English!?

Kathryn was still giggling like a fool.

Nell grabbed her computer, running into the kitchen, hoping the bird would stay in the other room.

IO: it went through the pillow
IO: i don't think i can do anything else to it
IO: dolls dont speak english
IO: i hate birds

Seeing Joey had pestered her back a while ago, she finally got around to responding.

IO: it has a mouth now
IO: unfortunately
IO: that mouth is a beak
IO: i hatehatehatehatehate birds
