Appearance: Jade green eyes, still wearing red and black headphones, ipod in pocket, with flat black hair that looks almost onyx in colour, His clothes are quite...ripped up still. But that's just his style. Oh. He also had a growth spurt.

Personality: He's still loud and obnoxious, and tries to lighten the mood when it gets too serious, he's not really one to take life too seriously, even though when he had his flow, he was in constint danger of dying every day. He likes teasing people he used to know still, and poking fun at them. Especially since he used to be smaller than most people.

Flow Power: Sound Manipulation, he can condense it into a sonic boom, store noise in his body, and change any sound to whatever he wants. However, everything he used to do made him require noise, even breathing. So basically, after thirteen minutes without listening to anything, he would be dead. However, nullification rules.

Other Skills: He's good at climbing shit

Name: Rebecca Stellar (Sage Eclair.)

Sex: Female

Age: 24

Appearance: Sage has dark red hair, over shoulder length, about mid back. Her eyes are a golden colour, and often enough is changing her clothes. Though over half the time, she's wearing a nurses outfit, as that is her profession. She also has a birthmark on her right calf. That somewhat looks like a feather

Personality: Sage has changed a whole lot since the Acer. She is now more outspoken, rather than reserve. However, she still is somewhat shy around neweer people. Not much however. She would rather be smart about things, and tries to keep personal opinions about government to herself and such. And yet, she still is the goody two shoes who tries to help everyone who she sees that needs help.

Flow Power: Magic, Latian words. Basically, Sage can conjour up anything she needs by knowing the Latian word for it. But since Latian is a dead language, she screws up things and either gets a failed result, or nothing happens. Her spells do have limitations, like if she's indoors, she can't call lighting down to smite her foes. Not only that, but her magic does take up energy from her. The bigger the spell, the more energy it takes. But, it doesn't take away from her physical energy, it takes away from her mental energy. Though, one of her favourite things to do is call upon an element.

One way you can easily tell she's casting a spell is a circle with a star appears beneath her. Make her lose her focus on the spell and it'll either not work, or go arry, Have fun with that.

Job/Alignment/Views: She works as a nurse in a hosptial also helps out with some patients. ...Yeah, she has nothing much to say about the government and how they handle the flow nuteralizing thing. Since hers was already nulled somehow by itself.

History: Sometime after the Acer, she changed her appearance and her name when Utopia came around. She changed her appearance to mainly keep away from other Acers, and to not be reconised. And yeah.

Name: Santiago Belruse

Sex: male

Age: 20

Appearance: Wear a black half mask over his face consistently, covering one of his green eyes, though the mask ends just an inch above his mouth, a confident smile, and curves over his forehead. The covered eye, his right eye, is a milky white, signalling that he is blind in that eye. On his left cheek is a black dot. His face more or less looks like a yin-yang symbol.

His stocky body is clothed in variously colored clothe, hues of white, black, red, and blue splashed across the brilliantly decorated clothing. Jewels stud his shoulder padding in greens and reds. Underneath his flashy clothing his thick chain armor, light enough to move with but heavy enough to deflect most blades. His shoes are straps of thick leather wrapped around his feet and partially up his leg for silent movement. His final instrument is a waist high cane, special mechanics inside it used to allow electricity to arc off of it towards wherever it was pointing.

Personality: A sharp tongued, quick to react thief, he's not actually a bad guy; at least, not in the literal sense. Considering he's a thief, of course he has pilfered and stolen countless jewels and riches. A lover of the theater and and definitely flashy moves, he rarely takes anyone seriously, at least at a first glance. He always seems to know more than you'd expect and has plenty of contacts throughout the city. He's also a natural klepto, though he's consistently trying to fix that.

Flow Power: Shadow Step, ability to move through shadows and dark areas at will, becoming intangible inside shadows. Allows him movement through to other nearby shadows as well.

Other Skills: He's a master thief, and therefor skilled in parkour, pocket picking, and close combat.

Job/Alignment/Views: N/A

History: Being a kleptomaniac, San, as his friends called him, had always been a theif, a street rat. Growing up on the wrong side of town didn't help him either. He pretty much amassed a great collection of other people's things in his run down, abandoned house on the outskirts of town, always running from gangs and angry store owners. He had a natural talent for evading the cops and for some reason they could never find him. He had no clue where his parents were nor did he care. He was constantly scavenging abandoned cities. When he learned of his Flow, which was more for remaining undetected in the shadows, he found his calling as a thief. He was soon stealing large sums of money from the rich, pilfering jewels off of people, and so on. Not even those with searching Flows could find him, as the shadows were his veil. At night, no one could find him.

I'm kind of debating whether or not I'm ever going to get Simon to confess having any feelings for Elena or not...

Name: Dayton Weyler

Sex: Male

Age: 30

Appearance: Dayton has short, light blonde, almost white hair and dark brown eyes, leaving a weird as all hell contrast. He's Caucasian, if anything a bit paler than average, but it's not easily noticed. The complete lack of scars and blemishes on his skin is more noticeable than his skin tone. He dresses sharply, rarely out of his suit, or at least while other people are around. His tie clip and cufflinks are small, golden dice.

Personality: Dayton is far from what most people would consider a nice man. In business terms, he's very polite, and easy to work with, however, if you hang around him long enough, it's not hard to feel a sense of malice around him. He's religiously superstitious, and is constantly carrying around good luck charms in his pockets.

Flow Power: Dayton has Lady Luck on his side. His Flow is a passive one, constantly active. Attacks have a habit of missing him, promotions have a habit of coming his way, and he's usually successful in anything that he puts effort into. However, bad luck omens, such as breaking a mirror, walking under a ladder, et cetera, are his downfall and will stop his Flow and leave him vulnerable until he counteracts with good luck charms.

Other Skills: Even without his Flow, Dayton is still a good shot and not completely worthless, though he owes much of his success to Lady Luck.

Job/Alignment/Views: Dayton is chief of police at the moment, and quite content to stay where he is. He could honestly care less about the corrupt government, considering he is actually a fairly big part of it. He's quite loyal to Asquith, for the moment at least. His own personal motives are far more important than anyone else's, and Asquith's seem to coincide with his a fair amount of the time.

History: After the Storm, Dayton found himself involved in a child army, where he quickly flew through the ranks. After a few months of mindless fighting, however, the entire army managed to get itself killed or captured, except for of course, Dayton. For a while, he hopped around from army to army, always coming and going easily and never making any close friends. After a year or two, along with some help from other people's Flows, he began to better understand his and started to become more superstitious and obsessive with luck. Five years after the Storm, he stumbled upon Utopia, and quickly joined in the rebuilding of civilization.

Sex: Female

Age: 19

Appearance: Shoulder length brown hair, with bright green eyes. She usually wears a t-shirt, jeans, and a black hoodie. She has multiple scars over her body, and a face that is almost always scowling. She is well developed, and has a fair bit of muscle on her.

Personality: Paranoid and untrusting of almost everyone she encounters, she's a bit of a loner. While she'd like to interact with other people, her Flow is too violent to be around others for long. All she wants is to live a peaceful life.

Flow Power: Telekinesis. But this Flow is different than usual. It is actually sentient, is violently protective of Sarah, and she has absolutely has no control of it.

Other Skills: She can use two knives proficiently in combat.

Job/Alignment/Views: She'd like nothing more than to be nulled, but due to the trouble her Flow has caused, the government is now after her. She is not against the gov, but is not with it. She's also paranoid about people, so she is definitely not for the anarchists, or other groups that want to overthrow the government.

History: For the first year after the storm, she lived with her older brother, until he was taken away. She then survived on her own until she discovered Utopia about four years earlier. On her 18th birthday, her Flow began to caused untold amount of trouble for her, and still is.
