Mage: The Academy

"Eh...maybe it's just my brother who's boring then," Jaden responded.

"Forbidden..." John said, looking out a nearby window.

Andrea screamed when she elt the raspberry and whirled around behind her, terrified, "What the hell was that for?!"

"...You ok?' John asked, having just heard the girl scream.

"No, I'm not okay." she said as she looked the boy over. "But if you just come over here, sweetheart, you can make my day and I will blow your mind away." Andrea added with a sly smile.

"H-huh?!" John said, taken aback by what she just said.

"Come here. Let me sneak a peek." Andrea winked at the boy.

"U-um..." John said, feeling his face heat up, and getting slightly flustered.

"...I am at a loss for words," Zayden muttered, switching the direction on his dagger flipping, while his sister huffed up.

"And who do you think you are!?" she demanded.

Andrea got up, straightened herself out, and smiled provacatively. "They call me Andrea." She winked at Zayden.

"Um...hi Andrea." John said, trying to be friendly to everyone.

Zayden gave a quiet chuckle, returning to his dagger. He had stopped flipping it around and had instead begun to sharpen it.

"...I'm Jaden..." Jaden said quietly.

"You know, I can give you something else to sharpen." Andrea winked at Zayden again.

John was silent, caught off by Andrea's...forwardness.

"...I'm fifteen," Zayden said bluntly.

"Wanna go exploring?" Jaden asked John. Rocking on her heels.

"Uh...sure..." John replied to Jaden. "Might as well see what the town is like..."

"Fuck." Andrea frowned, and pulled out a cigarette from her corset, then lit it.

"...Nice," Zayden groaned once he saw her light up a cigarette.

"Yay! Let's go!" Jaden grinned.

"Kay..." John said, before heading towards the door.

"Something wrong?" Jaden asked, swinging her arms as she followed after him.

"Not really...Just a little caught off guard by all this." He said, as they left the building. "So...where do we go first?"

"Uhm...dorms?" Jaden questioned, looking around.

"Let's ask around." John said, before heading off to the nearest person, to ask for directions.

"Kay!" Jaden said, following after him. "I've heard boys don't ask for directions though."

"Not all of us are like that." John said, after having gotten directions, and began leading her towards the dorms.
